 Note: 

Press the “

” button to pause the descaling cycle. 

To resume the cycle, press the "

" button again. This allows you to 

empty the container or to leave the machine unattended for a short time.

 When the descaling solution is fi nished, the "

" light turns on and the 

"

" button blinks.

 Empty the container.

 Remove the water tank, rinse it and fi ll it up to the MAX level with fresh 

water. Place it back into the machine.

 Empty the drip tray and place it back. Put the container back under 

both the steam/hot water wand and the dispensing spout.

 Press the "

" button to perform the rinse cycle.

 When the rinse cycle is complete, the "

" light turns on and the "

" 

button blinks.

 Repeat steps 10 – 14; then continue to step 16.

 At the end of the 2

nd

 rinse cycle, the "

" light turns off  and only the 

"

" light stays on; the descaling process is complete.

 Note: 

If the tank is not fi lled up to the MAX level for the rinse cycle, the "

" 

light keeps on blinking and another cycle may need to be performed; repeat 
steps 10 to 14.
