Display
The Display settings let you make various overall display-related settings for the
BF-1, including the system of measurements used, language, and contrast
control.

From the Hardware Settings menu, select the Display menu.

Main Display
This setting determines which parameter is indicated in the display during
your exercise session in Free Workout mode or Fitness modes.
