SmartManage enabled
SmartManage is a system for monitoring, managing and checking
status of display devices as well as delivering remote support to
users who experience difficulties - all accomplished over a LAN.
Lead-free
Lead-free display products are designed and produced in
compliance with strict European Community Restriction of
Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards that restrict lead and
other toxic substances that can harm the environment.
Lower power consumption
Reduction of the electrical power required to operate a device.
TCO '03 compliance
A TCO (Swedish confederation of Professional Employees)
standard even more stringent than MPR-II for safety and
ergonomics, especially concerning alternating electric fields (AEF).
Energy Star partner
A manufacturer in compliance with power conservation
requirements set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency
of the U.S. government.
Kensington lock compatible
A security device that fixes the monitor in place to prevent theft.
16-ms response time
Response time is the period required for a liquid crystal cell to go
from active (black) to inactive (white) and back to active (black)
again. It is measured in milliseconds. Faster is better: Lower
response time means faster transitions and, therefore, results in
fewer visible image artifacts in the display of fast-moving images.
XGA, 1024 x 768 resolution
For graphics monitors, the screen resolution signifies the number
of dots (pixels) on the entire screen. For example, a 1024-by-768
pixel screen is capable of displaying 1024 distinct dots on each
of 768 lines, or about 786 thousand pixels. XGA provides
resolutions of  640 by 480 or 1024 by 768 pixels.
sRGB ready
Calibrated RGB that is optimized for the vast majority of computer
peripherals, monitors, operating systems and browsers, allowing
accurate color mapping with very little data overhead.
Embedded power supply
An embedded power supply is a power adaptor built into the body
of a display device that replaces a bulky external power adaptor.
Easy plug-and-play
Plug-and-play is a perpheral connectivity standard. A plug and play
display device can be connected to a PC and operate without
requiring user intervention to adjust complicated settings.
FlexiHolder
FlexiHolder is a slim groove on the top of monitor that improves
efficiency by storing to-do lists, documents, business cards and
photos at a convenient location in your line of sight.
