This limited warranty is extended by American Standard Inc., to the original purchaser and to any succeeding owner of the
real property to which the ERV is originally affixed, and applies to products purchased and retained for use within the
U.S.A. and Canada only. There is no warranty against corrosion, erosion or deterioration.
