1.  Heartbeat display: flashes in synch with your heartbeat 

during the measurement.

**  The heart rate, indicated in heartbeats per minute, is measured by calculating the 

heartbeat intervals across a 60-second period.

Proceed as follows to charge the ME 80:

1. Remove the lower cover from the device.

2. Connect it to the USB port on your computer.
