Select the following settings:

• Select Color or Monochrome

• Select the orientation for the scanned document.

• Under ADF, select On if you placed your document in the automatic document feeder.

Select Advanced to access additional options.

Select Scan on the Scan screen.

After a moment, you see your document or image on the screen.

Note: Multi-page documents appear on multiple whiteboard pages.

You can save your pages as .png or .pdf files and select the location (network folder or thumbdrive)
where you want to store your files.

Press the Save button on the control pad or remote control, or select the

Save tool on the

bottom toolbar.
