Convert INSTEON signals to learned IR signals

Installation and Programming
1) Do not cut off either emitter or the other one will stop working
2) Temporarily plug IRLinc into a an extension cord for easy access to

a. Double-tap the Set button on IRLinc

point it at the IR sensor and tap the button on your remote

c. Test the learned IR code by tapping the Set button on
IRLinc once

6) To Add the IR code to an INSTEON Scene / Controller Button:
a. Press & hold the Scene Controller button until it beeps

d. Confirm that Scene addition was successful by sending an On from Controller's Scene button

e. Optional: If you wish the IR code to respond to the INSTEON button press OFF instead of ON,
send an OFF from the controller button within 30 seconds
IR controlled device should respond to IR command
7) If you wish to create a macro (one INSTEON command resulting in multiple IR commands being sent), return
to step 4 and repeat

Notes: IRLinc responds to INSTEON On and Off commands (Brights and Dims are ignored)
IR commands associated with INSTEON On & Off commands are independent for flexibility.
