• ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. 
• Remove all contents from packaging and discard box, and/or poly bags.
• Lay out and identify all parts.
• Do not return this product to the place of purchase. If any parts are missing,

call Consumer Relations at (800) 544-1108. Or visit our web site at

. Have ready the model number (21021) and date code

(manufacture date) located on booster seat base.

• Before Assembly: Wipe down trays with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

• SE REQUIERE EL ARMADO POR PARTE DE UN ADULTO.
• Retire todo el contenido del embalaje y deseche la caja y/o las bolsas de polietileno.
• Despliegue e identifique todas las piezas. 
• No devuelva este producto al lugar donde lo adquirió. Si faltan piezas, llame

nuestro sitio web, www.safety1st.com. Tenga a mano el número de modelo
(21021) y el código de fecha (fecha de fabricación), que se encuentran en la
base del asiento elevador.

• Antes de armar: Limpie las bandejas con un paño suave y agua jabonosa tibia.

PREVENT serious injury or death from falls or sliding out. 
• ALWAYS secure child in the restraint until child is able to

get in and out of the booster seat without help.

• NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED.
• ALWAYS secure both seat AND back chair strap(s).
• NEVER allow child to push against table.
• NEVER use this product as a car seat or bath seat, on a

tabletop, stool, swivel chair, or any other chair where the
straps cannot secure it properly.

• NEVER use on uneven surfaces.
• Discontinue use if damaged, broken or if parts are missing. 
• USE only for child that can sit up unassisted.
• Until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat

without help, the child should be secured in the booster seat
at all times by the restraint system; either in the reclining
position or upright position. The tray is not designed to hold
the child in the chair.

• Use the booster seat on adult-sized chairs only.

• NUNCA utilice este producto como un asiento para el auto o para la

bañera, sobre una mesa, taburete, silla giratoria, o cualquier otra
silla en la que no se pueda sujetar el asiento de forma segura.

• NUNCA lo use sobre superficies desiguales.
• Interrumpa el uso si el producto está dañado o roto, o si le faltan

piezas.

• UTILIZARLO únicamente para niños que pueden sentarse solos.
• Hasta que el niño pueda subirse o bajarse del asiento sin ayuda,

asegúrelo siempre al asiento con el sistema de correas, tanto en la
posición reclinada como en la posición vertical. La bandeja no está
diseñada para mantener al niño en la silla.

• Utilice el asiento únicamente en sillas para adultos.
