Shift right logical 3-operand

Logical right shift

Rdest = ( unsigned ) Rsrc >> ( imm16 & 31 ) ;

[Description]

SRL3 right logical-shifts the contents of Rsrc into Rdest by the number specified by the 16-bit

immediate value, shifts zeroes into the most significant bits. Only the five least significant bits of

the immediate value are valid.

The condition bit (C) is unchanged.
