Remove the bit specified by the register.

C = Rsrc >> ( 7-bitpos ) ) &1;

Take out the bit specified as bitpos within the Rsrc lower eight bits and sets it in the condition

bit (C). bitpos becomes 0 to 7, MSB becomes 0 and LSB becomes 7.
