CAUTION! Make sure you really want to clear the batch register; 
once you do, you cannot restore the information.

1.  Press the Acct/Batch Totals key, and while holding it down,  

press the Shift key and CE/C.

2.  The batch value and batch piece registers return to zero. 

Once you enter a manual weight, or place a piece of mail on an attached 
scale, you can view the weight in Imperial units. 
1.  Press the Options key. 
2.  Select Rating Options. 
3.  Select View Imperial Weight. The weight of your piece of mail in  

Imperial units appears in the display. 

4.  Press the Enter key to return to the Ready screen.

NOTE: To return back to viewing weight in metric units repeat  
steps 1 through 4 above.
