This section describes how to set up an attached scale for your mailing

If this is the first time you are attaching a scale...
The first time you attach your scale to the USB port on the back of your
system (refer to Machine Features – Side, Rear diagram in Chapter 2 of
this guide), you are prompted to:
"Enter new Location Code:"
Key in the code you received from Pitney Bowes and press Enter. The
system will take you directly to the screen displaying all of the scale setup
options.
