Adding a private telephony route
An emergency telephony route must be set up that is based on the unique
emergency subscriber name provisioned per domain or subdomain.

To create a private telephony route for when a user dials 911

Click the Domains menu option.

Click the domain subdomain for which you want to set up the private
telephony route (for example, rich.abc.com)

Click the Telephony Routes > Add Telephony Route menu option.
Complete the fields for the new telephony route in the The Create New
Telephony Route window
