Installation for Monitor Unit
• Move the fittings on both sides to suit the installation chassis and select the embedding position from among
the 3 positions.(

• When the fittings are set closest to the front (i.e., the embedding position is farthest back), use the hard rubber
frame (Accessory I).

NOTE
When mounting the main unit after checking the operation, close the monitor first.
Make sure that the unit is installed securely in place. If the unit is unstable, it may malfunction.

Bend the tabs of the mounting sleeve
with a screwdriver or similar utensil
and attach it in place.
Optical cable (Provided with the KDS-P900)
When handling an optical cable for wiring, use care not to exceed the
minimum cable bend radius of 30 mm. If you exceed the minimum
bend limit, optical fibers within the optical cable may be damaged.
When installing the DVD player unit on the vehicle, ensure that the
optical cable is not stuck between the DVD player unit and vehicle
parts.
