Selecting Photo Quality

The camera features three

compression options for managing

still photos.
•

 (Best): Provides a more

detailed image for photo quality

prints, but takes up more

memory.

•

 (Fine): The normal setting used

for everyday photography.

•

 (Normal): May be used to

allow more images to be loaded

onto an SD card.

To select the quality setting,
1.Set the Mode switch to 

(Photo).

2.Press the MENU button.
3.Use the 4-way arrow buttons to

select “QUALITY”, then select

,  , or  .

4.Press the MENU button to

confirm the setting and exit the

menu.

5.Press the Shutter button to take

the shot.
