About digital signal audio output
The unit can convert the format of digital audio signals recorded on media and output them. Make settings for a digital audio signal depending on the specifications of the connected device.
• Audio signal input may not be supported depending on the HDMI compatible monitor (projector, etc.) being used.
• Audio signal input may not be supported depending on the HDMI compatible monitor (projector, etc.) being used.
When the unit is connected to this kind of device, audio signals are not output from the HDMI terminal.

not support the Dolby Digital or DTS Digital
Surround bit stream, it is output as multi-
linear PCM or 2-channel linear PCM.

support DSD, the signal is output as Linear
PCM.
If a DSD signal is output from the HDMI
output terminal, the signal output from the
analog audio output terminals is muted.
