1. Access the CMS Services menu by entering:

cmssvc

The program responds:

responds by displaying the current authorizations (for example):

3. Verify that the system is authorized for the External Call History 

package.

If External Call History is not authorized but should be, go to 

 (this procedure can only be 

performed by CMS provisioning personnel).
