By default, all outputs are off after a power-up reset.  By changing the Power-up State setting to On, you
can have an  output turn on immediately after a reset.

The PHO commands configure the Messenger 570 system to deliver alarm messages to up to eight people, pagers,
computers or facsimile machines.
