Display information
The graphical display assists your actions on the phone with step-
by-step instructions. 
The fields in the display consists of the following information: 
The top area is the tab field, which is used to indicate the tab 
the user has selected by using the navigation keys.
The middle area is divided into several fields, showing:
the  time  and  date
the user name and the extension number,
icons and a volume level bar
the traffic state or the 
 (if a temperature sensor 
is connected to the system) 
Called number and name for internal calls
Called number for external calls
Calling number and name for internal and external calls *)
Instead of the Calling/Called name & number additional 
information such as absence reason, diversion state etc. 
can be shown.

’For SOS calls, dial xxx’ is shown.
The lower line presents lead texts for the menu keys.
When an information ends with three dots (...), this means that the 
system is working or waiting for your action. When an information 
ends with an exclamation mark (!), this means that no further action 
is possible.
*) The provisioning of external calling numbers is network 
dependent. Even when it is provided it might happen that callers 
are suppressing their numbers, in this case the display only shows 
’Incoming...’. If a name is available to the external caller‘s number 
in your system, it is also shown on the display. (Please contact your 
system administrator whether the feature ’Name presentation for 
external calls’ is available in your system).
