Structure
The
VS_DIR
environment variable is set up in the local .
cshrc
file by the installation script.
During execution of the script, a prompt asks for the name of
the directory in which to install VolServ. The default value of
the directory in which to install VolServ. The default value of
VS_DIR
is
/volserv/volserv
but you can enter a different
location during execution of the installation script.
VolServ is installed in a number of directories and files below
the

$VS_DIR
directory as shown in the following figure and
described in the table below.
