Notice for USA (FCC notice)
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If it is not 
installed and used in accordance with this instruction manual, it may interfere with radio 
communications. This equipment has been tested and found to be within the limits for 
Class B computing devices, pursuant to Subpart J of Part 15 of FCC rules, designed to 
provide reasonable protection against radio interference in a commercial environment. 
Operation of this equipment in a residential environment may possibly cause 
interference. In the event of interference, the user, at their own expense, will be required 
to take whatever measures are necessary to correct the problem.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital 
device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide 
reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a 
commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio 
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction 
manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this 
equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the 
user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.

We hereby certify that the Datacard® RP90 Plus E printer complies with EMC Directive 
89/336/EEC and R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC. This printer conforms to Class B of EN 
55022 and to EN 301 489-5. Operation of this equipment in a residential environment 
may possibly cause interference. In the event of interference, the user, at their own 
expense, will be required to take whatever measures are necessary to correct the 
problem.
Notice to Users of Printers Equipped with Contactless Smart Card
The contactless smart card reader emits radio-frequency waves and must be used as 
installed and recommended by Datacard Group. You may not modify the reader or how it is 
used without the written permission of Datacard Group. You may not operate the printer after 
modifying the reader or its method of operation.
