Press the controller during playback.

Select "SET" and press the controller.

Select "Video settings" and press the con-
troller.

Select "Brightness" or "Contrast" and 
press the controller.

Turn the controller until the desired setting 
is selected.

Resetting to defaults:
Select "Reset" and press the controller.
