Replacing a Bendix

piston style spring brake chamber with a Bendix
®
double diaphragm style spring brake
chamber will maintain your Bendix warranty and provide the proper brake balance when installed on one or
more wheel ends in trailer applications. The subtle differences in the parking spring forces show no degradation
of brake emergency or parking effectiveness on trailers. Currently double diaphragm style spring brake
chambers are not released as service replacements for truck/tractor air disc brake applications where spring
brake modulation can occur.

may require port and/or clamp band clocking for specifi c applications. Please refer to the instruction sheet
