Our Gold FF is specifically engineered to provide a 
maximum life, premium lining for single axles up to a 
maximum of 23,000 lbs., and tandem axles up to a maximum of 46,000 
lbs. G.A.W.R., using standard 16.5" x 7" brakes with 165 or 180 AL factors 
as specified in the chart below.
For steer axles, Gold is engineered to provide a maximum life, maximum
stopping power and minimum noise for up to a maximum of 16,000 lbs. 
G.A.W.R., using standard 16.5" x 6" brakes with 132.
Gold high-friction Aramid polymer fibers are designed to handle the high 
heat of bus service or the long grades of mountain terrain.
