How to enter characters
!
Use the character input buttons (0 - 9). Press repeatedly to change the character.

To move the cursor, press the   or   button.
Example: Entering "HIT FM"
 
To recall a memorized station:
To select a preset station with the direct number buttons:
For example, to choose 28

Press buttons within 5 seconds.

To correct, enter the number again.
To name or rename stored stations:
Start over from step 1.
To erase all the contents of the preset memory:
Note:
The backup function protects the memorized stations for about 10 days should there
be a power failure or the AC power cord disconnection on the amplifier unit.
 
To change the display on the main unit:
Set the MODE 1/MODE 2 switch to MODE 1 and press the DISPLAY button.
The display changes about every 4 seconds.

Select a character with the   or   button and press the CLEAR button.
Adding characters
Select a character with the   or   button and enter characters.
The character at the cursor moves right by 1 character.
Press the TUNER PRESET (  or  ) button to 
select the desired station.

Press the corresponding number ("0" - "9").

Hold the CLEAR button down for 4 seconds or 
more.
