Local Character Framing [AT+icf]
This parameter determines the local serial port asynchronous data framing. The second parameter is needed only if you
select fewer than eight data bits.

Local Flow Control (PCCA) [AT+ifc]
This extended compound parameter controls, the local flow control between the computer and the modem. The two numeric
sub-parameters are DCE_by_ DTE (which controls the data format he modem) and DTE_by_DCE (which controls the data
from the computer).
