Baja Marne offers an Express lmted Warranty on 

each new Baja purchased through an authorzed 

Baja dealer.  a copy of the lmted Warranty was 

ncluded n your owner’s packet.  If for any reason, 

you dd not receve a copy of the lmted Warranty, 

please contact your local dealer or call 1-865-971-

6270 for a replacement copy.

Ths s a summary of 

several provsons of the lmted Warranty.  Please 

read the lmted Warranty, whch s the controllng 

document.

Under  the  lmted  Warranty,  Baja  Marne  covers 

structural  fiberglass  deck  or  hull  defects  which 

occur within five (5) years of the date of delivery 

and parts found to be defectve n factory materal 

or workmanshp wthn one (1) year of the date of 

delvery.    In  addton,  lamnate  blsters  resultng 

from  defects  n  factory  materal  or  workmanshp 

are  covered  for  three  (3)  years  from  the  orgnal 

date  of  purchase,  or  four  (4)  years  from  date  of 

manufacture.

Baja’s  oblgaton  under  the  lmted  Warranty  s 

lmted to repar or replacement of parts that are 

judged  defectve  by  Baja  Marne  and  does  not 

nclude transportaton, haul out, or other expenses.  

The  foregong  s  the  sole  and  exclusve  remedy 

provded by Baja Marne.

The lmted Warranty does not cover engnes, stern 

drves,  controls,  propellers,  batteres,  tralers,  or 

other equpment or accessores carryng ther own 

ndvdual warrantes, nor does the lmted Warranty 

cover engnes, parts or accessores not nstalled by 

Baja Marne.  The lmted Warranty does not cover 

cosmetic gel coat finish.  Boats used for commercial 

purpose are excluded from coverage.  see the Baja 

Marne Express lmted Transferable Warranty for 

other exclusons.

The unexpred term of the lmted Warranty may be 

transferred to a new owner upon the new owner’s 

wrtten request to Baja Marne Corporaton, 2600 sea 

Ray Blvd., knoxvlle, Tn 37914 and accompaned 

by the payment to Baja Marine Corporation of fifty 

dollars ($50.00).
