Attune delivers better digital performance 
through an expert spread spectrum design. 
Conventional order-taking systems typically 
operate on the unrestricted 2.4 GHz band, 
which can experience severe interference 
from such things as microwave ovens, 

cellular phones and wireless network routers (WiFi). Attune utilizes 
a restricted 1.9 GHz band, with a regulated Digital Enhanced 
Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) voice technology protocol, 
for interference-free communications with no FCC fee required. 
Attune provides exceptional reception and sound quality through 
the use of true digital packet diversity, virtually eliminating 
communication dead spots and signal fading. Plus, Attune offers 
Advanced Digital Noise Reduction to virtually eliminate ambient 
noise and an Echo Canceller for clearer communications with no 
background echo interference.

Order Takers 

• Available in two ergonomic and sleek styles, all-in-one (AIO) and belt pack, both engineered

for durability in rigorous environments

• Customizable with any combination of AIO or belt pack models
• User buttons with finger guides have highly reliable, proven positive-feel contact switches
• Pressure limiters surround buttons and seal to the frame to protect from over-use

and increase reliability

• Water and puncture resistant switch covers and gaskets protect internal circuitry and

components to withstand the harshest environments

• Language options (English, Spanish or French) with voice prompts for functions including

headset identification at power-up for easy troubleshooting, low battery and headset operating
mode (talk-lock, auto-talk-lock, etc.)

• Full duplex mode allows crew members to hear customers at all times
• Audible tone indicates vehicle detection for faster customer greeting and order taking
• User-visible status lights and color indicate current mode and lane configuration to ensure

accurate order taking and faster speed of service

Programming Ease

• User-friendly base station makes initial set up and telephone troubleshooting fast and

easy – no difficult codes to decipher or look up

• Operate up to 32 order takers per base station; when new order takers are

added, the headset inactive the longest is automatically purged without
requiring a complete system reprogram

• Resident memory retains order taker programming even when the

battery runs out

• Order taker function buttons can be customized to match other

manufacturers’ drive-thru communications systems

Battery

• Universal battery and charger functions with both the AIO and belt

pack order takers allowing them to be used with drive thru systems
that employ both order takers

• Full day battery, up to 25 hours, charge in 4 hours or less and cannot

over charge

• Memory-free Lithium-ion batteries can be charged or recharged at

any time – not just when the battery is drained

Unique Manager’s Functions

• Customer override mode lets managers intervene in communications

for crew training

• Program the manager’s headset for additional external device

functions, including one-touch activation from the order taker, and
receipt of voice prompts to indicate attention is needed in a specific
area of the store

• Standard remote speaker capable for drive-thru monitoring in the

kitchen, manager’s office or anywhere in the store

• Telephone interface allows call answering to save time, especially

during peak hours

Advanced Functionality 

• Add a base station for dual drive-thru operation
• Built-in two-message automated greeter instantly greets customers

with prerecorded messages, or upgrade to an external automated
greeter for even more functionality and day part programming

• Speed team mode turns off the menu board speaker and

automatically enables extended range so up to four crew members
can take orders face-to-face in the drive-thru line while other order
takers in the store monitor interactions

• Use selectable high power operation for extended range or optional

extended antenna for even more coverage

• Optional PC interface software provides critical manager alerts linked

to specified areas of the store requiring special attention as well as
base station and autogreeter management directly from the back
office PC

Global Use
