connection and so on.

by listening at lower volumes and for shorter durations.

wPreface
Headset WX-CH427 is exclusively designed for use with Belt Pack WX-CT420 or Order Taker 
WX-CT2020, WX-T3020.

wPrecautions

p Do not use this product in the rain. When this product gets wet, wipe the product immediately 
with dry cloth, and dry the product sufficiently before use.

p Do not place this product under high temperatures such as near the heat sources or in the 
car with windows closed.

p Do not try to reshape the head band. Doing so may break the band and/or cause the headset 
to malfunction.

p If the head pad is pulled out with too much force, it may be pulled out of the head band and/
or it may malfunction.

p Do not pull the cable. Doing so may damage the plug area and/or cause the headset to 
malfunction.

p Using the headset without the microphone cover may lead to malfunctioning and shorten the 
headset’s service life.

wMaintenance

p Turn off the unit’s power and wipe the surfaces using a soft dry cloth.

p Avoid all contact with benzine, paint thinners and other volatile substances, and avoid using 
these substances.

p When using a chemical cloth for cleaning, read the caution provided with the chemical cloth 
product.

p The headset ear cover, microphone cover and filter are consumables.

p When the headset ear cover has become dirty, replace it with a new one.

p Oil, water, saliva, etc. adhering to the microphone can cause a malfunction. 
If oil, etc. adheres to the filter, replace the microphone cover and filter with new ones.
Removing the microphone cover
Headset Microphone Cover [K-HMCBULK (sold separately)] includes a microphone cover 
and filter.

Insert the filter.
Use these 2 ribs as 
positioning guides for the 
filter.

Insert a finger in the groove and

Check the following before requesting repair.
Consult your sales shop if these measures do not resolve a problem, if symptoms not listed 
here occur, or if you have a question related to engineering.
