operated in the 50 United States and District of Columbia.
KITCHENAID DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. 
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, 
so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.

KitchenAid Will 
Not Pay For:
A. Repairs when the Waffle Baker
is used in other than normal
single family home use. 
B. Damage resulting from
accident, alteration, 
misuse or abuse. 
C. Any shipping or handling
costs to deliver your Waffle
Baker to an Authorized
Service Center. 
D. Replacement parts or 
repair labor costs for Waffle
Baker operated outside the
50 United States and District
of Columbia.
