.Secure Child Properly in Carrier

.correct.shoulder.strap.height

.harness.snug.and.chest.clip.correct

.Secure Restraint Properly in Vehicle

.vehicle.belts.tight.and.restraint.secure

.Carrier.securely.attached.to.Base

.Verify that Recline Angle is Correct

.Bubble.between.arrows

.Level.Line.on.Carrier.is.level.with.ground..
