Disputes between you and us

19.10 You may request that disputes between you and us

are referred to arbitration under our Code of Practice for

Consumer Affairs. We will supply a copy of our Code of

Practice for Consumer Affairs to you on request.

Miscellaneous

19.11 If either party delays or does not take action to enforce

their rights under the contract this does not prevent

either party from taking action later.

19.12 If any of the terms in this contract are not valid or

legally enforceable the other terms will not be affected.

We may replace any term that is not legally effective

with a similar term that is.

Governing law

19.14 Your Contract is to be interpreted in accordance with
