For best results, Hansgrohe recommends that this unit be installed by a 
licensed, professional plumber.
This rough should be installed so that the outside surface of the finished 
wall falls between the "minimum" and "maximum" markings on the 
plaster shield.
Know and follow all applicable local plumbing codes regarding the air 
gap between the end of the spout and the rim of the lavatory.
