1.  To turn on the video watch, press and hold the Start/Stop 

button for 2 seconds, the red LED indicator will come on 

and turn green to indicate the video watch is on and ready 

for use.   

   

 

 

2.  Press the Start/Stop button once.    The LED indicator will 

turn red to indicate the video watch is recording.   

 

 

 

3.  To stop recording, press the Start/Stop button once.   

The LED indicator turns to green when recording stops. 

 

 

 

Your video watch will automatically shut down if not used 

for 30 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red six times 

then the video watch will automatically shut down when 

memory card is full.
