5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All products returned to the Repair Center are 
registered upon receipt. A confirmation letter will be sent to you 
acknowledging the repair status and the product’s reference number. Should 
you wish to inquire about the repair status of your unit, contact the Product

Please have the product reference number, or unit serial number, ready when 
you call. We will do everything possible to make the repair and return your 
unit as quickly as possible.
