You can set the loudspeaker volume for 

handsfree talking to five different levels 

and the earpiece volume to three different 

levels. 
In idle status:

Set the earpiece volume.

Scroll to the

Press display key if necessary 

to save the setting.

Setting the volume during a call:

Press the control key.

Set the volume.

The setting will automatically be saved 

after approx. 3 seconds or press the dis-

play key

You can choose between five volumes

You can select various ring tones, mel-

odies or any sound from Resource 

Directory (page 50). 

You can set different ring tones for the fol-

lowing functions:

: for external calls

: for internal calls

: for set appointments

: the same ring tone for all functions

Set the volume and melody depending on 

the type of signalling required. You can 

activate the time control for external calls 

to regulate the volume of a call (e.g. qui-

eter at night-time than in daytime).
