Configuring Differentiated Services

class-map-name

Specify the color class for color-aware policing.  
The action for the policy-class-map instance must 

be set to police-simple before issuing the conform-

color command.

Specify that all packets for the associated traffic 

stream are to be dropped at ingress.

 cos-value

Mark all packets for the associated traffic stream 

with the specified class of service value (range: 0–7) 

in the priority field of the 802.1p header.

dscp-value

Mark all packets for the associated traffic stream 

with the specified IP DSCP value.

value

Mark all packets for the associated traffic stream 

with the specified IP precedence value (range: 0–7).

interface

Use mirror to mirror all packets for the associated 

traffic stream that matches the defined class to the 

specified destination port or LAG.
Use redirect to specify that all incoming packets for 

the associated traffic stream are redirected to the 

specified destination port or LAG.

Exit to Policy-Map Config mode.

Exit to Global Config mode.

Exit to Privilege Exec mode.
