Working with CCR Trees
Building a CCR Tree
To build a CCR Tree
1
Create the Home node. The Home node can be either a Menu node or an Information node.
If the Home node is an Information node:
record an Information message
If the Home node is a Menu node:
create the sub-nodes. The sub-nodes can be:
— Menu sub-nodes
— Information nodes
— Mailbox nodes
— Transfer nodes
2
Assign the CCR Tree to a Greeting Table.
You can assign a CCR Tree for each time of day.
3
Test the CCR Tree
Note:
To minimize the potential of service disruptions, avoid working on CCR
Trees during periods of peak activity. Callers can experience answering delays
while you are working on a CCR Tree.
