enu setting method

  If you format the recorder, all files will be erased and 
all function settings will return to the defaults except 
the date and time settings. Transfer any important 
files to a computer before formatting the recorder.

Select [ 

 Format  ] from the menu on 

the [ 

 Device  Menu  ].

Press the  +  or  −  button to select the 
recording media to format.

Press the  

OK   button.

Press the  +  button to select [ 

 Start  ].

Press the  

OK   button.

After the [  All data will be erased  ]  message 
displays for two seconds, [  Start  ]  and 
[  Cancel  ]  appear.

Press the  

+  button again to select 

[ 

 Start  ].
