motor correct?
Are there any "dead" burners
in a branch?
Is the vacuum setting

Adjust system for proper

Do all burners light?

ere the gas lines
purged of air correctly?
Is there sufficient inlet gas pressure (See Specification Section) during ignition?
Purge Lines.
Measure voltage on valve terminals. Is there 230 V
during ignition time?
Check gas line stop cock. Check gas supply at meter

Contact gas company

Are the wires connecting the automatic control unit OK?
Replace automatic
control unit.
Check for the proper jet and air plate inside the
burner
.
Is the gas outlet pressure
in accordance with
Specifications Section
of this manual?
Is there gas outlet pressure
available during the
ignition period?
Replace/Correct wires.
Adjust the governor
pressure.
Replace solenoid
coil.
Ignition module may have failed. Replace module.
Is the insulation on the electrode/sensor leads
OK?
Replace/Correct
Wires.
Re-establish connections.
Is the wiring at the module properly
connected?
Are the Live and Neutral
reversed?
Reverse polarity

Is the continuity of the earth wire established?
Re-establish continuity

Do the burners
stay on?
