To stop the FM tuner and return to the audio player

Press and hold the DISP/FUNC button until the Function menu appears, and 
then select “Intelligent Shuffle” or “Music Library” from the Function menu.

To turn off the volume of the FM tuner briefly

By pressing the 

 button, FM tuner sound is not output. The FM tuner 

enters Sleep mode after about 5 seconds and the display goes off. By pressing 
the 

 button, the FM tuner sound is output again.

•  When you rotate the Shuttle switch to 

 (or  ) while the player is in Sleep mode, 

the next (or previous) preset number or frequency is selected. At that time, the sound is 
not output, regardless of the VOL +/- button.


