9-2-2. Switching the Bar Meter Scale (Bar meter Scale)

The scale is bidirectional (the level moves upward in the positive direction or downward in the negative
direction from the center 0 % level line based on the signal polarity), and the data signal level is indicated as
a percentage of the reference level (
