From the CT handsets:

Press the Options key on the phone to enter the Options List.

Use the 

5

 and

2

 to scroll through the list of options.

On 3-line LCD phones:

To select an option, press the Enter softkey, the 

 button (if applicable), or select the number on the keypad that corresponds to the 

option in the Option List.

On 8 and 11-line LCD phones:
To select an option, press the Select softkey, press

, or select the number on the keypad that corresponds to the option in the Option List.

On 3-line LCD phones:
Use the Set softkey after making a change to an option, to save the change.

On 8 and 11-line LCD phones:
Use the Change softkey to change a selected option.

Press the Done softkey at any time to save the changes and exit the current option.

Press the Cancel softkey, press

any time to exit without saving changes.

Press the 

 

key to enter the Options List when the phone is not in use.

Use the scroll keys
