Troubleshooting

on the phone to enter the Options List.

Select Administrator Menu and enter your Administrator Password (default is 22222).

Select Factory Default.

For 9143i, 6751i, 6753i:
The “Restore Defaults?” prompt displays.
Press # to confirm.

For 9480i, 9480i CT, 6755i/6757i/6757i CT:
The “Reset phone to factory defaults?” prompt displays.
Press Default to confirm.

Click on Operation->Reset->Current Settings.

In the "Restore to Factory Defaults" field, click 

. 

This restores all factory defaults, and removes any saved configuration and directory list files.
