The System Administrator should explain the basic functions of the VPS to all the subscribers.

Service, or a Custom service) will play during the day, and what service will play during night.
He should explain that outside callers are called "non-subscribers" because they do not have a
mailbox. VPS guidance prompts will assist non-subscribers in reaching the extension or
mailbox they need. He should explain the responsibilities of the System Administrator, the
Message Manager, and the System Manager — and how each can be contacted (phone number,
mailbox number, or email address, or all three).
