To.locate.a.misplaced.handset,.press.FIND/HoLD/INT’CoM.on.the.base.when.the.phone.is.in.standby..Use. .

1).During.a.call,.press.CLEAr/INT’CoM.on.the.handset.or.FIND/HoLD/INT’CoM.on.the.base.to.place.the.caller.

on.hold..If.you.leave.a.caller.on.hold.for.more.than.ten.seconds,.the.display.screen.will.read,.Line On Hold.

2).To.return.to.the.party.on.hold,.press.TALK/FLASH.or.

.on.the.handset.or.pick.up.the.corded.handset.from.the.

base.or.press.

.on.the.base..The.phone.will.return.to.the.holding.party.

Notes:.•.You.can.only.place.a.caller.on.hold.for.five.minutes..Once.five.minutes.has.passed,.that.party’s.line.will.be.

disconnected.and.the.phone.will.return.to.standby.

conference.call..A.four-way.conference.call.consists.of.an.outside.line,.two.

handsets,.and.the.base..You.can.easily.join.a.call.already.in.progress..The.

handsets.must.be.currently.connected.to.the.same.base.(see.page.15).
