Data Format
A message consists of [STX], [Address], [;], [Command],
[;], [Parameter], and [ETX]. [Address] is expressed as
[Aduuu] where uuu is in the range of 001 through 099 in
decimal form to identify the unit number of the Video
Multiplexer.
