There is a problem with the broadcast.
The Problem
Try this!
The TV is not receiving all 
channels.
If your TV is not connected to a cable box or satellite box:
 
• Confirm that the coaxial cable is securely connected to the TV.
 
• If you are using an antenna, verify it is positioned correctly and the all the connections are 
secure.
 
• Run Setup (

There are no captions with 
digital channels.
Go to

Some channels may not have caption data.
The picture is distorted.
The compression of the video content may cause picture distortions. This is especially true with 
fast moving pictures from sports programmes and action movies.
A weak signal can cause picture distortions. This is not a problem with the TV.
The computer won't connect.

The "Mode Not Supported" 
message appears.
Set your PC’s output resolution so it matches a resolution supported by the TV.
The video is OK but there is 
no audio.
If you are using an HDMI connection, check the audio output setting on your PC.
If you are using a DVI to HDMI cable, a separate audio cable is required.
I can't connect to the Internet.

The wireless network 
connection failed.
Make sure the TV is connected to a wireless IP router.
The software update over 
the Internet has failed.
Check the network connection status.
If the TV is not connected to a network, connect to a network.
The upgrade stops if you already have the latest software version.
