1. REMOVAL OF MECHANICAL PARTS
AND P.C. BOARDS
1-3: POWER PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-3)

Remove the 2 screws (1).
Remove the Sheet Pc-1 in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the Angle Lcd-R in the direction of arrow (B).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP501, CP2201 and CP8101).
Remove the 5 screws (2).
Remove the Power PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
Remove the Sheet Pc-1 in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the Angle Lcd-R in the direction of arrow (B).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP501, CP2201 and CP8101).
Remove the 5 screws (2).
Remove the Power PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
CAUTION
Be careful not to remove the FFC cable forcibly, because
the FFC cable may be damaged.

Remove the 2 screws (1).
Remove the Stand Ass'y in the direction of arrow (A).
Unlock the support (2).
Remove the Cover Back in the direction of arrow (B).
Remove the 6 screws (3).
Remove the Stand Ass'y in the direction of arrow (A).
Unlock the support (2).
Remove the Cover Back in the direction of arrow (B).
Remove the 6 screws (3).

Remove the 2 screws (1).
Remove the Sheet Pc-2 in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the Angle Lcd-L in the direction of arrow (B).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP3001 and CP3002).
Remove the 4 screws (2).
Remove the Digital PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
Remove the Shield Digital in the direction of arrow (D).
Remove the 2 screws (3).
Remove the Operation PCB in the direction of arrow (E).
Remove the Sheet Pc-2 in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the Angle Lcd-L in the direction of arrow (B).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP3001 and CP3002).
Remove the 4 screws (2).
Remove the Digital PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
Remove the Shield Digital in the direction of arrow (D).
Remove the 2 screws (3).
Remove the Operation PCB in the direction of arrow (E).

Remove the Front Cabinet Ass'y in the direction of
arrow (A).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CD7005 and CP2804).
Remove the LCD PANEL in the direction of arrow (B).
Disconnect the following connector: (CP7601).
Unlock the support (1).
Remove the Remocon PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
arrow (A).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CD7005 and CP2804).
Remove the LCD PANEL in the direction of arrow (B).
Disconnect the following connector: (CP7601).
Unlock the support (1).
Remove the Remocon PCB in the direction of arrow (C).
