Push ups:
A variation can include pausing halfway down and then lowering yourself into a full pushup 
before coming back up to starting position.
Sit Ups:
A variation can include a twist at the top of the sit up to work your obliques.  Or, try coming 
up half way, hold then finish the sit up for one repetition.  
Triceps Dips:
A variation can include pausing halfway down and then lowering yourself down into a full 
tricep dip before coming back up into the starting position.
